At Najoom, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy before placing an order:

Cash on Delivery & Try-On

You may place your order with Cash on Delivery.

When your order arrives, you may try the item before accepting it.

If you choose not to keep it, only the shipping fees will be paid.

Please note: even if you want to keep only 1 or 2 items from your order, you will receive the entire order first, then you may request a refund or exchange for the items you do not wish to keep.

Online Payments Debit Card

If you paid using a debit card, any applicable refund will be transferred via InstaPay.

Please note that Najoom is not responsible for any InstaPay transfer made to the courier. If you would like to pay via InstaPay, kindly contact us at 01118200097, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange your item within 3 days of receiving your order for another product of the same value or higher, with payment of the difference if applicable.

An exchange fee equal to the shipping fee will apply, unless the issue was from our side.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used.

Reporting Issues

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to report any problem with their order.

Reports made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important Reminders

Delivery within Cairo takes 2–3 business days, and outside Cairo takes 3–5 business days.

If you need same-day delivery within Cairo, we can arrange inDrive delivery, with the delivery fees to be paid by the customer.

Please keep your order invoice or confirmation message as a reference.

Try the item carefully upon delivery, and contact us immediately if there is any issue.
