Cash on Delivery & Try-On

You may place your order with Cash on Delivery

When your order arrives, you may try the item before accepting it

If you choose not to keep it, only the shipping fees will be paid

Please note: even if you want just 1 or 2 items from your order, you will receive the entire order first, and then you may request a refund or exchange for the items you do not wish to keep.

Online Payments (Debit Card)

If you paid using a debit card, any applicable refund will be transferred via InstaPay.

Please note that Najoom is not responsible for any InstaPay transfer made to the courier. If you would like to pay via InstaPay, kindly contact us at 01118200097, and our team will be happy to assist you..

After Receiving the Order

You may exchange your item within 3 days for another product of the same value or higher (with payment of the difference if applicable).

An exchange fee will apply, equal to the shipping fee, unless the issue was from our side.

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used. ✨

Reporting Issues

Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any problem with their order.

Reports made after this period are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• Delivery within Cairo takes 2–3 business days, and outside Cairo 3–5 business days.If you need same-day delivery within Cairo, we can arrange inDrive delivery, with the delivery fees to be paid by the customer.

فِي نَچُومّ، رِضَاكِ هُوَ أَوَّلَوِيَّتُنَا

 يُرْجَى مُرَاجَعَةُ السِّيَاسَةِ قَبْلَ إِتْمَامِ الطَّلَب

الدَّفْعُ عِنْدَ الِاسْتِلَامِ وَتَجْرِبَةُ المُنْتَج

  يُمْكِنُكِ إِتْمَامُ طَلَبِكِ بِخِدْمَةِ الدَّفْعِ عِنْدَ الِاسْتِلَامِ

عِنْدَ وُصُولِ الطَّلَبِ، يُمْكِنُكِ تَجْرِبَةُ المُنْتَجِ قَبْلَ الِاسْتِلَامِ

فِي حَالِ عَدَمِ الرَّغْبَةِ فِي الِاحْتِفَاظِ بِهِ، يَتِمُّ دَفْعُ رُسُومِ الشَّحْنِ فَقَطْ

يُرْجَى العِلْمُ أَنَّهُ فِي حَالِ رَغِبْتِكِ فِي الِاحْتِفَاظِ بِقِطْعَةٍ أَوْ قِطْعَتَيْنِ فَقَطْ مِنَ الطَّلَبِ، فَسَيَصِلُكِ الطَّلَبُ بِأَكْمَلِهِ أَوَّلًا، ثُمَّ يُمْكِنُكِ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ طَلَبُ الِاسْتِرْجَاعِ أَوِ الِاسْتِبْدَالِ لِلْقِطَعِ الَّتِي لَا تَرْغَبِينَ فِيهَا

تَمَّ الدَّفْعُ بِوَاسِطَةِ بِطَاقَةِ الخَصْمِ المُبَاشِرِ، فَإِنَّ أَيَّ مَبْلَغٍ مُسْتَحَقٍّ لِلِاسْتِرْجَاعِ سَيَتِمُّ تَحْوِيلُهُ عَبْرَ إِنْسْتَا بَاي  

 يُرْجَى مُلَاحَظَةُ أَنَّ نَچُومّ غَيْرُ مَسْؤُولَةٍ عَنْ أَيِّ تَحْوِيلٍ عَبْرَ إِنْسْتَا بَاي يُتِمُّ إِلَى المَنْدُوبِ. وَإِذَا كُنْتِ تَرْغَبِينَ فِي الدَّفْعِ عَبْرَ إِنْسْتَا بَاي، فَيُرْجَى التَّوَاصُلُ مَعَنَا عَلَى 01118200097، وَسَيَكُونُ فَرِيقُنَا سَعِيدًا بِمُسَاعَدَتِ

الِاسْتِبْدَال

يُمْكِنُكِ اسْتِبْدَالُ المُنْتَجِ خِلَالَ 3 أَيَّامٍ مِنْ تَارِيخِ اسْتِلَامِ الطَّلَبِ، وَذَلِكَ بِمُنْتَجٍ آخَرَ بِنَفْسِ القِيمَةِ أَوْ بِقِيمَةٍ أَعْلَى مَعَ سَدَادِ فَارِقِ السِّعْرِ إِنْ وُجِدَ

تُطَبَّقُ رُسُومُ اسْتِبْدَالٍ تُعَادِلُ رُسُومَ الشَّحْنِ، وَذَلِكَ مَا لَمْ تَكُنِ المُشْكِلَةُ مِنْ جِهَتِنَا

وَلِكَيْ يَكُونَ المُنْتَجُ مُؤَهَّلًا لِلِاسْتِبْدَالِ، يَجِبُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِي حَالَتِهِ الأَصْلِيَّةِ وَتَغْلِيفِهِ الأَصْلِيِّ، وَأَلَّا يَكُونَ قَدِ اسْتُخْدِمَ

 الإِبْلَاغُ عَنِ المُشْكِلَات

لَدَى العَمِيلَاتِ 7 أَيَّامٍ مِنْ تَارِيخِ الِاسْتِلَامِ لِلْإِبْلَاغِ عَنْ أَيِّ مُشْكِلَةٍ فِي الطَّلَبِ
أَمَّا البَلَاغَاتُ الَّتِي تُقَدَّمُ بَعْدَ هَذِهِ المُدَّةِ، فَلَنْ تَكُونَ مُؤَهَّلَةً لِلِاسْتِرْجَاعِ أَوِ الِاسْتِبْدَالِ

مُلَاحَظَاتٌ مُهِمَّة 

تَسْتَغْرِقُ مُدَّةُ الشَّحْنِ مِنْ 2 إِلَى 3 أَيَّامِ عَمَلٍ دَاخِلَ القَاهِرَةِ، وَمِنْ 3 إِلَى 5 أَيَّامِ عَمَلٍ خَارِجَ القَاهِرَة وَإِذَا كُنْتِ بِحَاجَةٍ إِلَى شَحْنٍ فِي نَفْسِ اليَوْمِ دَاخِل القَاهِرَه فَيُمْكِنُنَا تَرْتِيبُ شَحْنٍ عَبْرَ إِنْدْرَايْف، عَلَى أَنْ تَتَحَمَّلَ العَمِيلَةُ رُسُومَ الشَّحْن  

ييُرْجَى الِاحْتِفَاظُ بِفَاتُورَةِ الطَّلَبِ أَوْ رِسَالَةِ التَّأْكِيدِ كَمَرْجِعٍ لَكِ

 نَرْجُو مِنْكِ فَحْصَ طَلَبِكِ بِعِنَايَةٍ عِنْدَ الِاسْتِلَامِ، وَالتَّوَاصُلَ مَعَنَا فَوْرًا فِي حَالِ وُجُودِ أَيِّ مُشْكِلَةٍ
