Exchange Policy
At Najoom, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Cash on Delivery & Try-On
You may place your order using Cash on Delivery.
When your order arrives, you may inspect and try the item before accepting it.
If you choose not to keep the order, you will only be required to pay the shipping fees.
Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, refunds will not be available.
Please note that if you wish to keep only one or two items from your order, the full order must first be accepted. You may then request an exchange for the items you do not wish to keep.
Exchange Requests
Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered.
Approved exchanges may be completed within 3 days from the delivery date.
You may exchange the item for another product of the same value or a higher value, with payment of any price difference.
An exchange fee equal to the applicable shipping fee will be charged unless the issue was caused by Najoom.
Exchange Conditions
The item must be unused and returned in its original condition.
All original tags, labels and packaging must remain attached and undamaged.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or returned without their original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Silk scarves and accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Important Reminders
Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes approximately 2–3 business days.
Delivery to other governorates takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Same-day delivery within Cairo may be arranged through inDrive, with the delivery fees paid by the customer.
Please keep your order invoice or confirmation message for reference.
Inspect and try the item carefully upon delivery, and contact us on the same day if you would like to request an exchange.
